Shipping and Returns

1. Coverage and delivery times

We ship throughout Colombia via national carriers. Estimated delivery times are 3 to 5 business days for major cities and 5 to 8 business days for other municipalities, counted from order confirmation and dispatch. These times may vary due to carrier availability, peak season, or force majeure events.

2. Shipping costs

Shipping cost depends on destination, weight, and product dimensions, and is disclosed before confirming the order through WhatsApp or the contact channel used.

3. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with Article 47 of Law 1480 of 2011 (Colombian Consumer Protection Statute), you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within five (5) business days following delivery of the product, without needing to justify your decision, provided the product has not been used and retains its original packaging, tags, and accessories.

4. Legal warranty

6. Products not subject to withdrawal
